I didn't originally plan to write this collection of short stories, but I felt like Dariel's story was incomplete. I wanted his point of view and backstory to be written and shared through these stories.

And I had a blast writing the stories. It was a lot of fun to delve into the darkness of the character, and then his redemption, guilt, and pain. He's always been a fun character to write, and I was very happy with how the short stories came out.

I was sad it wouldn't be in print, but then I decided to make a whole series compilation book that will be released in December 2023.
